The purpose of this entry level engineering position is to support senior engineering members pertaining to the development of new plastic sterile medical disposable products for radiology and cardiovascular devices. This role participates in the product design and development of new products and support life cycle engineering of existing products. The individual will work as a member of a cross functional team that includes design, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and program management.


Conduct or direct testing in a R&D lab environment to verify concept product designs.

  • Research and develop new technologies associated with sterile medical disposable products.
  • Establish detailed product requirements / design inputs.
  • Support verification / validation testing of production intent products using novel product designs.
  • Hands on experience in packaging engineering

  • Any engineering degree is ok
  • Must have packaging engineering experience and design control

  • 3-5 years minimum experience level
  • 3A or 2A experience in ISO standard
  • Windchill experience a plus

Ability to drive continuous improvements to improve quality, while reducing cost in form of RTG – (Return To Green) or CIP (Continuous Improvement Program)

  • Looking for a Sr. level person that can come in and hit the ground running.
  • Supporting the heart valve transplant device
  • Needs to have Metals background like Nitinol or Titaniam
  • Process Valication, IQ, PQ, OQ required
